In the season when the event is in, I think it is safe to ask for cooking (as all the recommendations of the shop are often covered entirely). There are various tricks for drinks, so enjoy it!

Hello! On the website, when I try to make reservations, it shows different types of meals/drinks sold by the person. Do I need to select a meal ahead of time, or will we be able to select that on site?

Came from Australia to enjoy your Vampire atmosphere with whilst having a few drinks but was turned away. Pitty we had money to spend.
They prefer you to make a reservation first. We turned up without one, but got told we could get a table in half an hour, which was fine. We enjoyed it and certainly wouldn't consider it a waste of money, unless you're on a tight budget. Unfortunately they can only fit so many people in the place, so having money to spend won't get you a table.
